The basic principle
Our first principle says, "We - all human beings - must be free and able to express ourselves, and to receive and impart information and ideas, regardless of frontiers." What do you think?

Our first principle says, “We – all human beings – must be free and able to express ourselves, and to receive and impart information and ideas, regardless of frontiers.” If you fundamentally disagree with this basic principle, please say why here.
Not a fundamental disagreement, but why not add “to seek” as well as “to receive and impart”. The principle could also indicate that freedom of expression can be exercised “by any medium of one’s choosing”.
Je suis d’accord avec cette phrase, mais il reste une chose que les humains, nous, ne somme pas capable de faire. Et sa c’est de s’écouter entre l’un et l’autre. Ont peux dire se qu’ont veux, mais comment faire sans le recevoir avec le jugement des autres? En tout cas, je crois qu’y a que avec la communications des DEUX SENSES qu’ont peux vraiment réaliser la liberté de s’exprimer sans de barrières.
It is true that humans should be able to express their ideas and be free. However, imparting those ideas are not always in the best method. For example, when there are religious fanatics trying to impart their ideas, they will use any method possible even if violates your freedom. Therefore, I would just say that every human being must be free and able to express their ideas and discuss them freely without disrespecting someone else’s point of view.
