05 تنوع ما صریح و بی پرده و البته با احترام قاطع به تمام تفاوت های انسانی , اعتقادات و نظراتمان را بیان میکنیم .
07 حریم شخصی ما باید بتوانیم حریم شخصی مان را حفظ کنیم و با هر تهمت و افترا علیه شهرت و اعتبارمان مقابله کنیم ,اما نه با ممانعت از تحقیق و بررسی هایی که به نفع عموم است.
08 اختفأ و محرمانه نگه داشتن ما باید قدرت و اختیار تغییر همه محدودیتهای ازادی اطلاعات در زمینه امنیت ملی را داشته باشیم.
09 يخكوه ها ما با هر دو قدرت عمومی و خصوصی ازاینترنت و سایر سیستم های ارتباطاتی در برابر تعدی و تجاوز غیرقانونی دفاع میکنیم.
